The book of the Château du Clos de Vougeot "Bon appétit & large soif" - Éditions Glénat receives the Pierre-Christian Taittinger/ Antonin Carême Special Literary Prize for Gastronomy.

Taittinger/ Antonin Carême, rewarding the writing work of Emmanuelle Jary and the photographic work of Matthieu Cellard, which have made it possible to illustrate all the gastronomic know-how of the Château du Clos de Vougeot. Pierre-Christian Taittinger was one of the the birth of the Antonin Carême Literary Prize for Gastronomy. It is today his daughter, Mrs. Valérie Colloredo Taittinger, who takes up the torch and works for the prestige of this prize.
