> From November 1st to March 31st, the castle is open every day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (the ticket office closes at 4:30 pm).
> From April 1st to October 31st, the castle is open every day from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The ticket office closes at 5:30 pm.
> On Saturdays, the castle closes at 5:00 pm. Ticket office closes at 4:30pm.
> Exceptional closure on December 25, 31, 2023 and January 1st, 2024.

Whether in groups or on their own, visitors can discover the Château with the help of a leafleft and some touch-screen placed at key locations around the site that provide information about the Château and its history. The informations are available in ten languages: French, English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian and Japanese. The visit takes about 30 minutes.
THE FILM :" Jamais en Vain, Toujours en Vin " « Never in Vain, Always in Wine » , narrated by JULIAN SANDS
The visit ends with a twenty-minutes film that retraces the history of the Château and the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. The English version is narrated by Julian Sands, projected every 40 minutes as well as the French version wich is narrated by the french actor Pierre Harditi and the Chinese version available on request is narrated by Dongfu Lin.
- From April 1st to October 31st, the castle is open every day, without interruption from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (ticket office open until 5:30 pm) except on Saturdays (ticket office open until 4:30 pm and the castle closes at 5:00 pm).

During your visit to the castle, only small dogs, held in a bag are allowed.
